cranberry and brie bites

We love an appetizer that looks fancy but is easy to make! These Cranberry & Brie Bites assemble in minutes and bake up to puffy perfection. We used our homemade Easy & Elevated Cranberry Sauce, which makes these extra special, but you can use store-bought if you’re in a pinch. These apps are also a great way to use up extra cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving. Impress your guests this holiday season with these tasty bites!

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.

Step Two

Gently roll out sheet of thawed puff pastry and cut into 24 squares. Place one square into each muffin cup then add a cube of Brie. Top each with about 1 Tbsp of cranberry sauce.

Step Three

Place the muffin tin on a baking sheet to catch any spills. Bake for about 20 mins until the puff pastry is golden brown. Sprinkle with rosemary and flaked salt and allow to cool for a few mins before removing from pan. Serve warm.
